| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义和谐社会,是党在社会主义初级阶段的战略目标之一.湖州地处长江三角洲经济相对发达的地区,自然牛态资源和历史人文资源比较丰富,为构建和谐社会奠定了较好的基础.改革开放以来湖州市经济与社会发展相对比较协调,城乡差别较小,应该而且能够建成为本区域内的和谐社会示范区.
