| 摘 要： | 运动对心脏的结构和功能具有深刻的影响，对运动员心脏功能的研究与评定以往多侧重于左心，而对右心功能的研究较少．肺血流图是近年发展起来的一种检查右心功能的方法。它具有无创伤性、操作方便、安全可靠和重复性好等优点，在临床医学与运动医学中具有广泛的应用前景．

| Abstract: | Exercise has a profound effect on structure and function of athletic heart in the past laid emphasis on left ventricle and is lack of studying of right ventricle. Rheopneumography is a measuring method of right ventricle which is developing in recent years. It has some advantage of no trauma, easy operating,high reliability and good repetition. The Rheopneumography has a good applied prospect in clinical medicine and exercise medicine. |
