教师使命的内涵及特征探讨

摘    要:教师使命作为教师专业精神的核心层次,这一概念的提出对于理解"好教师"的内涵,丰富教师专业发展理论具有重大价值。目前,在国内几乎未有相关学术研究,因此本文梳理、探讨、比较中西方对于使命内涵理解的差异,其两者的主要差异体现在主体动力、意义指向和对象取向三个方面。通过深入分析教师使命内涵,发现它包含教师职业使命感和超越性使命两个层次,并且具有超越性、实践性和动态性的特征。

Abstract:As the core-level of teachers'spirituality,teacher mission is greatly valuable for understanding of the concept on "good teacher" and is meaningful to rich theory of teacher professional development.Currently,there are almost no academic researches on this in China.In this paper,the author compares the contents of mission in the Western and Chinese culture.The main differences between the two are reflected in three aspects: the main driving force,the value orientation,the object.The teacher mission consists of two levels,sense of calling and the transcendent mission,which is transcendent,practical and dynamic.
