摘    要:在认可教师专业发展与教师的经历密切相关、教师专业发展本质是一种生成的前提下,"诱变事件"对教师专业发展的意义便彰显出来。本文认为,在遵循"诱变事件"促进教师专业发展的基础上,教师教育者要重视教师已有的实践基础,创造遭遇,让教师有与众不同的认识和感受,最终促使教师产生行为改变的冲动乃至促进行为发生改变,从而实现教师专业发展。

Abstract:In the sense of that teacher professional development is closely related to the teachers'experience and its'essence is creativity,the importance of the mutagenic event is very obvious.This paper argues that on the basis of that the mutagenic event promoting teacher professional development,teacher educators should attach the importance to teachers'practical experience,create the experience.In this case,teachers could have an extremely different understanding and feeling,which impulse them to change their behavior or even put it into practice,and ultimately achieve the teacher professional development.
