摘    要:商业世界正趋于全球化。跨国的工作小组也随之产生。这种国际工作小组是指小组的员工来自不同的国家和地区。不过,由于各国的文化背景不同,一些潜在的问题也逐渐浮出水面。企业高管们对运作国际性组织面临的挑战和隐患也变得敏感起来。对此,提出一些针对性建议,以期推动国际性组织在激烈的市场竞争中持续发展。

Abstract:With the gradual globalization of commercial world, cross-national working groups have come into being, which refer to the organizations whose staff members come from different countries and regions. However, because of the different cultural backgrounds, some latent problems are beginning to emerge, and the administers of the enterprises are becoming sensitive to the challenges and hidden troubles in running international organizations. In light of these problems, the writer of this article provides some feasible suggestions in the hope of propelling the sustaining development of international organizations in the intense market competition.
