论大学多元文化背景下教师文化的转型

大学多元文化对教师文化在批判精神的凸显、多元价值的选择、教师职责的转换、师生学习共同体的构建等方面提出了诸多诉求。大学多元文化背景下教师文化的转型成为必然。实现教师文化转型的策略主要有:加强大学教师多元文化教育,重构教学文化的价值内涵,倡导教师合作的文化,彰显教师的人性化管理。

On the Transformation of Faculty Culture in the Context of University Multi-Culture

University multi-culture advances some demands concerning the stress of critical spirit,choice of multi-value,change of faculty responsibility and learning collective between undergraduates and faculty. Under the background of university multi-culture,the transformation of faculty culture has become necessary. The strategies of transformation of faculty culture cover strengthening of multi-culture education to faculty,reconstructing value of instruction culture,recommending cul-ture of faculty cooperative and stressing humanization management to faculty.
