| 摘 要： | 以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观是我国政治、经济、社会发展的理论依据。我国教育改革与发展也必须坚持树立科学的发展观,凝炼科学的教育发展观。用科学的教育发展观审视我国当前的教育,必须以科学的发展观引领教育的改革与创新。

| Abstract: | The theoretical basis of China's political, economic and social development is the scientific-development outlook of human-based, overall, coo rdinated and sustainable development. Therefore, the scientific-development out look must be set up in the reform and development of China's education, and the scientific-development outlook in education must be also embodied. The educati onal reform and innovation must be led by the scientific-development outlook so that the current education of China can be examined closely with the scientific-development outlook in education. |
