| Abstract: | In the 21~(th) century,with the development of knowledge economy and the development of the west regions,the internal management system of universities and colleges in ethnic minority regions must keep pace with the time.We should innovate organizational systems according to management functions;reform management of human resources;break new ground in supporting safeguard mechanism; and explore operating mechanism of share holding system to expand autonomy in school running. |
