| 摘 要： | 警察正当执法权益受侵害事件的增多既有外部原因,也有公安机关和公安民警内部原因。努力从宏观上建立协调机制,充分运用现有法律规定,提高维权工作人员的素质,增强民警自身维权意识的自觉性,充分利用新闻媒体进行正面宣传,为公安机关和民警营造一个良好的工作氛围。

| Abstract: | The infringement of the rights and interests of the police in law-enforcement,which increasing in recent years,is caused by external and internal factors.Firstly,the coordinating mechanism should be established and the existing legal regulation should be made good use;secondly,the quality of the police should be the strengthened to strengthen their right-safeguarding awareness;thirdly,the news media should be fully applied to make active propaganda in order to build fine working environments for public security organs and police. |
