| 摘 要： | 由于培养目标、教育理念、教育内容、教育功能等方面的变化，习惯于学历教育的公安院校正面临着来自公安实践和行业教育的极大挑战。为了适应社会的需要，公安院校正在寻找自身定位和教育工作的切入点，努力摆脱公安职业教育的被动局面。本文试图通过研究国外公安职业教育的特点，探寻适合我国基本国情的公安职业教育，从而不断适应我国建设和谐社会的公安职业教育的发展。
