| 摘 要： | 国外体育教学内容的演进经历了近代身体训练说的兴起、体操理论及体系的发展，以及现代体育教学内容的丰富等几个阶段，并呈现出了多样化、弹性化和大单元化的发展倾向。参照国外体育教学内容的发展趋势，我们在选择和组织体育教学内容时，应关注社会制约因素，适应社会发展的需要；注重心理制约因素，充分考虑学生的主体需要；重视逻辑制约因素，改变小单元密重复的教材单元组织方式。
