幼儿园课程实施中的教师发展评价

Assessment of the Teacher Development in the Implementation of Pre-school Education Curriculum

The implementation of the new curriculum has set a higher demand on teachers of pre-school education, and a new system of assessing teachers' performance is also needed accordingly. This paper is mainly to elaborate on the content of the teacher assessment in the process of curriculum implementation, focusing on teachers' perception of curriculum, their performing ability, the changes of their professional emotions and attitudes, etc. The paper, with a reference to the case studies in the kindergarten, introduces several methods of assessing teacher development, such as self-reflection, tests in specified items, micro assessment, analysis of works of art and literature, etc.
