| Abstract: | Based on the theory of Human Capital, the Human Capital Stock Transformation Model (HCSTM),are put forward which can be used to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the economic benefits of the Human Capital's investment.As a sample,studies on the economic benifits of the staff educational investment in one institute are made by using HCSTM. |
