扬州市人口红利的变化与开发利用策略研究

通过第六次人口普查的结果,可以看出扬州目前还处在人口红利期,但是社会的老龄化程度较高,人口红利的兑现将面临巨大挑战。我们要从提高劳动者素质,实现充分就业、促进劳动力流通、改革社会保障体系等方面着手,采取有效的措施,充分兑现人口红利,实现扬州市经济的可持续增长。

On the Changes of Demographic Dividend in Yangzhou and the Strategies of Development and Utilization

It can be concluded from the findings of The Sixth Population Census that Yangzhou is still in its Demographic dividend period. But, the degree of aging is so obviously that it~ a big challenge for the city to cash the dividend sufficiently. We should take effective measures including improving the quality of workers, realizing the full employment, promoting the labor circulation and reforming social security system, and fully cash demographic dividend, thus realizing the sustainable economic growth of Yangzhou.
