浅谈高校公共理论课对教师素质的新要求

在这个经济全球化、政治多元化、文化多样化的时代里,大学生成为当今时尚一族,但由于年龄、智力、阅历的限制,他们在选择时往往是盲目的,所以大学生追求时尚的行为特别需要科学的理性的时尚观的引导,这对高校公共理论课教师的个体素质必定会提出更高更严的要求,笔者认为,公共理论课教师除了要满足一般条件下教师应具备的良好的职业道德、熟练的专业技能外,还应是一支高素质的具有时尚感的思想政治教育队伍。

The Superficial Consultations about the New Requests of the Public Theoretical Courses with the Characters of the Teachers in Colleges

At the times of economic globalization,political diversification and cultural varification,the students in colleges are the elites seeking for the fashions contemporarily.But due to the limitations of the ages,intelligences and horizons,they are blind in choosing generally,the students are thirsty for scientific and reasonable guides in the process of chasing fashions,and consequently,the higher and stricter norms with the characters of the teachers of the public theoretical courses in colleges are put forward.The author considers that the teachers in colleges should be a group of specialists in ideological and political education,in addition to possessing good professional moralities and proficient expertises.
