| Abstract: | By revealing the displays of "bureaucracy-oriented" ideology in higher education, this article analyzes its deep impact on the establishment of the first-class universities. It tries to prove an argument that getting over "bureaucracy-oriented" social ideology is the essential prerequisites of building first-class universities. It puts forward some approaches and methods to deal with "bureaucracy-oriented" phenomena. |
