刍议“餐桌德育”

道德源于生活，远离生活的道德教育是缺乏根基的。道德教育只有回归儿童的生活世界，道德与生活才能建立起真实而有意义的联系。家庭是儿童成长的重要场所。儿童在家庭生活中逐渐理解自己与社会、他人的关系，进而形成基本的生活态度、行为习惯和道德品质。随着我国社会生活节奏的加快，父母与孩子交流的时间越来越少，每天的用餐时间成了家人相聚的重要时刻。家长餐桌上的言行，会对孩子的身心产生较大的影响，餐桌上的德育值得家长高度重视。

On ＂Table Moral Education＂

Morality comes from life, and it is baseless being separated from life. Moral education should be carried out both in school and in family. But, as the rhythm of life gets faster, the time that parents spend with children is less and less. In this case, the meal time becomes so important. This paper explores the ＂table moral education＂ formed in family meals, in order to build healthy habits and nice moral characters of children, such as independence, gentle manners, passion of work, respecting eiders. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions. As parents, we should be close to the nature of children and build a healthy, civilized, positive family culture circumstance.
