| 摘 要： | 美育教育是健美操教学中的重要组成部分,有着其他学科所不能替代的作用。美育不仅能培养学生较高的审美能力和健康的审美观念,而且能陶冶情操,塑造美的灵魂。在教育教学过程中,通过美育教育,可以提高学生感受美、表现美、创造美的能力及对美的欣赏水平,从而实现学生的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Aesthetics education, as an essential component, has an irreplaceable function in aerobics teaching. It helps form high aesthetic judgment and set healthy aesthetic standards; meanwhile, it can mold students' temperament and soul. During the process of aesthetics education, students' abilities will be improved in catching, appreciating, performing and creating beauty to further realize students' all-round development. |
