| Abstract: | Brains Take up a Key position in the course of actualizing the strategy of "To prosper Tangshan city by science and education ". It is new Times and new Tide that bring forward new demand To the Causes of introducing and developing persons with ability in Tangshan. The chief task with the development Tangshan is to consider earnestly and to treat technologically with " seven pairs of relations ". which help designate brain's value and bring into play brain's function, as well as better carry through the work of brain's inwrought and exploitation. |
