论资源教师职责能力结构的构建与提升

摘    要:资源教师职责可归纳为鉴定与评估、教学、咨询与指导、行政公关等四方面,素质能力结构分为正确的教育观念、知识素养、教育教学能力、科研能力和公关协调能力。文章从资源教师的职前培训和在职培训两个层面入手进行分析,不断提升资源教师职责能力。

Abstract:Resources teachers'duty can be reduced to assessment and evaluation,teaching,consultation and guidance,administrative public relations four aspects quality ability structure is divided into the correct education idea,the knowledge literacy,education teaching ability,scientific research ability and public relations coordination ability,the proposal of the teachers from resources pre-internship training and training of two level,and constantly promote its capability.
