| Abstract: | With the traditional management functions being entrepreneurial, the entrepreneurship and leadership theories become integrated and entrepreneurial leaders play an important role in management process. In order to response the dynamic environment and promote organization change, the top management team can ensure the success of the corporate entrepreneurship. |
