| 摘 要： | 培养立足地方、面向世界、为地方经济建设服务的复合型外语人才是21世纪地方高校外语院系人才培养的目标；而先进的教育理念，具有结合地方经济特色的课程设置，加以先进灵活的教学方法是实现这一培养目标的保证。
