基于岗位聘用制度的体育院校教师量化考核模式与实践研究——以天津体育学院为例

摘    要:根据聘用工作实践检验,结果表明:体育院校教师岗位聘用量化考核可以采用不同岗位分层管理;教学和科研任务互相抵充;训练和科研任务互相抵充;社会工作量化等考核模式,有利于提高教师的教学和科研积极性,进而激励教师参与专业建设和社会工作.

Abstract:Our employment practice shows that quantitative appraisal of sports college teachers according to their appointment can be conducted in different ways:teaching and research tasks offset each other,training and research tasks are in one set,and social work should be quantified. The whole appraisal system is to improve the teachers' teaching and scientific research enthusiasm,and encourage them to participate in discipline construction and social work.
