| 摘 要： | 自1997年下半年以来，中国国际收支平衡表中的经常项目和资本项目出现较大的双顺差，但却出现了结汇减少，售汇增加，外汇储备增长十分有限的现象。同时，“错误与遗漏”项目的数额越来越超出正常统计误差的范围。这表明，在大量资本流入的同时，也存在日趋严重的资本外逃现象。资本外逃因其非常规性和隐蔽性而对一国的经济安全构成极大的危害，系统地研究我国的资本外逃问题是当前防范金融风险的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Since the latter half of 1997, a great amount of foreign capital has been flowing into china. At same time, China's capital flight has been becoming serious day by day. Because capital flight is non-routine and covert, so the phenomenon constitute maximum harm to a country's economy. Researching systematically on the problem of China's capital flight is an important content for keeping a lookout banking risk. |
