全球化背景下再论非通用语专业有序发展的重要性与必要性——以越南语专业为例

几年前,笔者曾在非通用语论文期刊上发表了《论现阶段我国越南语专业有序发展的重要性》的论文,对越南语专业盲目发展表示担忧,文章发表之后引起了国内同行们的广泛关注和较大的反响,兄弟院校的老师纷纷致电表达同感。几年过去了,当年的文章中提及的忧虑已经变成了严酷的现实,无序发展终导致部分院校越南语专业停办、教师解聘转岗、毕业生改行。这一系列教训不仅对越南语专业具有教益,而且对其它非通用语专业也极具参考意义。在前期论著的基础上,笔者对国内开设的非通用语专业进行了调查摸底。在此基础上,以大量数据为依据,总结归纳在全球化背景下非通用语有序发展的重要性与必要性,以避免重蹈少数非通用语专业在过热后又趋冷、造成人才及资源浪费的覆辙。本文对在现阶段指导非通用语专业呈良性有序的发展十分重要。

The Importance and Necessity of Non-general Language Majors under the Background of Globalization --Vietnamese Major as An Example

A few years ago, I was in the non common language journals published ＂importance＂ of our country at the present stage of the orderly development of Vietnamese professional papers, expressed concern about the Vietnamese major blind development, after the publication caused domestic counterparts attention and larger repercussions, the brother school teachers were calling expression of sympathy. Over the past few years, mention the article concerns have become the harsh reality, disorderly development resulted in some of the colleges of Vietnamese major closed, teacher dismissal, graduates to change. This series of lessons is not only to teach Vietnamese professional, but also for other non language majors are also very useful. Based on the previous works, the domestic open the non common language professional investigations. On this basis, to a large number of data, summarized in the context of globalization than the importance and necessity of language development, to avoid repeating a non common language major in overheating and cooling trend, resulting in talent and waste of resources. The guidance in the stage of non common language professional is a benign and orderly development is very important.
