| 摘 要： | 二战后,随着信息技术革命的推进与垄断资产阶级的日益壮大,美国工会的力量逐渐减弱。然而1955年劳联与产联这两大工会组织的合并,为美国工人运动注入了新的力量。通过对二战后美国工人运动发展的分析,立图从政治、经济等方面揭示劳联、产联合并的原因,并进一步探讨它们合并之后对美国社会各方面的影响。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology process and monopoly bourgeois getting more powerful,the American trade unions are weakening their strength.However,the combination of AFL and CIO took the new vigor into American labor movement in 1955.This article analyzes the development of American labor movement after War II,and reveals the reason of the combination of AFL and CIO in American politics and economy,etc,and further makes explorations into its influence in the American society. |
