摘    要:本引入西方劳动经济学中的“工作竞争模式”劳动力市场理论,从工资制度与学校教育两方面入手,结合市场经济条件下劳动力市场的运行规律,试图从一个全新的角度来探讨“人才高消费”现象的成因。
