| 摘 要： | 教师在教学、教师教育、教育科研各个方面都存在着主体性缺失的问题,这些问题的存在直接影响到我国教育改革的深入。造成教师主体性缺失的原因是多方面的,主要是社会环境因素、学校内部因素、教师教育以及与教育科研的隔绝引起的。
