| Abstract: | Human resource cultivation should keep adjusting in order to satisfy the social.Guiding catalogues of food bachelor's degree programs were compared between China(Jiangsu & Zhejiang and Taiwan)and America(the Northeast).The related professional setup and layout were analysed,the aim was to help the Mainland to reform and improvement the food undergraduate higher education. |
