| 摘 要： | ＂四击＂＂四法＂是武术运动的重要技术,是构建攻防格斗动作的主要内容。在实际应用过程中仅靠单一的技术和体力是难以取胜的,还必须利用各种地形,建筑物等条件,灵活机智地采取相应的擒拿格斗战术,才能保障在各种不同场所发挥出武术＂四击＂＂四法＂的威力。

| Abstract: | ＂Four Strikes＂ and ＂Four Laws＂ are the important teehniques of the martial arts and the main contents of constructing attack and defense wrestle movement, ff one only depends on the single technique and the physieal strength in the practical application process, he ema hardly win. Making the best use of the vantage grounds and buildings, and adopting corresponding wrestle tactics quickly and wisely, he can exercise the might of ＂Four Strikes＂ and ＂Four Laws＂ in all kinds of situation. |
