Pragmatic Features of Foreign-Related Female Secretaries

Since China becomes the membership of WTO,the profession of foreign-related female secretaries becomes popular,and they become the leading roles in the field.Based on the analysis of the professional characteristics,we find that the females are more competent for this job.The main reasons are that compared with the males,the female speaking style is milder,more perceptual,more cordial,more tactful and more graceful.What's more,females are better at communicating by means of language.
