赴泰SAP/IAP项目中的跨文化适应调查研究

本文对红河学院赴泰SAP/IAP项目中的学生跨文化适应进行调查研究,结果发现:学生的跨文化适应整体状况良好;学生参与项目类别和学生性别没有在文化适应上表现出明显差异;专业(语言类和非语言类)在心理适应水平上表现出显著差异;社会文化适应与学习/实习工作适应之间有非常显著的相关性.研究结果对于进一步完善国际合作项目管理体制,提高学生跨文化适应能力有一定的借鉴意义,也有助于推动人们对现有跨文化适应理论和模型的认识.

Intercultural Adaptation:A Study on Chinese College Students in Thailand

This study was made to investigate the intercutural adaptation of Honghe University students participating in SAP/IAP in Thailand.The results show that:(1) Chinese students have no great difficulty in intercultural adaptation in Thailand;(2) There is statistical difference in the degree of psychological adaptation between boys and girls;(3) Significant correlation is noted between sociocultural adaptation and adaptation of study and internship,which is expected to offer some references for the international program management,as well as to expand our understanding of the theories and models of intercultural adaptation.
