| 摘 要： | 连锁经营将以其独特的魅力成为 2 1世纪零售业态的主流。近几年来 ,我国连锁经营的发展也十分迅速。刚刚起步的衡阳商业连锁经营不仅存在我国连锁企业的一般共性问题 ,且存在自身特有的不足。以超前意识和战略眼光 ,加快商业企业体制创新 ,推进企业连锁经营 ,提高连锁企业人员素质 ,增加资金和技术投入 ,规范管理 ,乃衡阳商业变革之关键。

| Abstract: | The chain management will be the principle mode of the retail trade in the 21 st century.These years chain management of our country has been developing rapidly.Hengyang chain management has not only the mutual problem,but also its proper deficiency.Hengyang commerce reformation should fasten the innovation of the reformation of the commercial enterprise system,improve the making of the empolyees,and invest a lot of money and technique. |
