A Survey on the Use of Metacognition in L2 Learning and Teaching

摘    要:The author tries to verify that there are differences between the usages of the metacongintive strategies through a survey. He also discusses the role of the language teacher, since more and more people believe that teachers are not only language instructors but also learner trainers. So if they are interested in improving learners 'use of strategies for learning and using the language, their roles may be changing.
