| 摘 要： | 由于受传习式体育影响,体育教学中重视传授运动技术,忽视身体锻炼及方法的研究,造成学生体质下降,不会用运动去健身.本文从巡回锻炼法的概念、组织形式、方法及运用时的几点建议等几方面进行讨论,力图改革体育教学,实现学校体育的目标.
