| 摘 要： | 分析高职院校学生在职业素质方面存在的职业意识淡薄、就业能力不足、职业心理素质较差等问题,指出在人才培养方案的设计和实施过程中,需设置素质拓展教育课程,探讨该课程的分类、特点、实现形式、学分分配以及实施的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper listed some problems of proiessional quality for vocational college students such as weak professional awareness, lack abilities of employment and poor professional mentality, etc. Meanwhile, it pointed out that it is necessary to set quality development education courses in the design and implementation process of personnel training program. Courses category,characterlstics,implementation forms,credit allocation and implementation effect were also discussed here. |
