| 摘 要： | 高职教育发展的核心动力就是要强化技能型人才的培养,这一目标的实现有赖于有效实施小班化教育的模式。从高职教育的特点和存在竞争压力入手,并在对高职教育中小班化教育模式的必要性和现状分析的基础上,提出了改进高职教育体系下小班化教育措施的建议。

| Abstract: | The crucial driving power of vocational education is to intensify the training of skillful talents,which depends on the effective implementation of small-sized class model.From the characters of higher vocational education and pressure of competition,this article puts forward advice on reforming measures about the small-sized class model through analyzing the necessity and the present situation of small-sized class model in higher vocationaleducation. |
