摘    要:为更好地提高农远工程教师培训项目的有效性,应以绩效观念为基础,将绩效管理而不是绩效评估贯穿项目始终;将绩效管理过程模式和绩效技术过程模式、六西格玛法的理念整合,提高项目系统绩效;通过建立学习型组织使农远工程教师培训项目得以延续,促进项目系统绩效的维持。

Abstract:This article discusses how to enhance the validity of training programs for countryside teachers by the performance ideas. Firstly, performance management instead of performance evaluation should be used in training programs for teachers. Secondly, performance management should be integrated with performance technology and 6 σ's ideas to enhance the performance of training programs. Lastly, a learning organization should be built after being trained to maintain the performance of the programs.
