上海市竞技体育的"科教兴体"研究

采用面访调查法和观察法,分析上海市竞技体育体制改革和部分高水平运动队训练科学性,尤其是运动训练的原创理论、理念、体能等热点问题。认为:上海市的竞技体育首先应进行体制改革,以建立运动训练"原创理论"为龙头,形成带有鲜明特色的"上海训练理论"和学术流派,构建教练员等从业人员的市场准入制和高度重视"体能训练"。

Research on "Developing Sport by aid of Scientific Technique and Education" of Shanghai Competitive Sport

The methods of face-to-face investigation and observation were used to do research on the reform of Shanghai competitive sports system and the scientific nature of partial high-level sports teams' training,especially on the hot issues,such as original theory and idea of sports training,physical ability etc.It believes that first of all,Shanghai competitive sport should carry out the reform of system,take the establishment of original theory of sports training as a guide,form local training theory and academic school with clear and unique Shanghai character,construct the system of only approving qualified administrators such as coaches etc.and pay high attention to physical ability training.
