金融发展影响我国环境质量的实证研究:对EKC曲线的补充

将金融发展变量纳入EKC分析框架,以1998~2007年我国各省市的面板数据为例,运用面板数据的协整检验和多元回归分析,实证研究了金融发展对环境质量的影响。结果显示,金融发展是影响环境质量的重要因素之一,两者具有显著的负相关关系,金融发展加剧了环境质量的恶化。最后根据实证结果,提出了促进金融业可持续发展继而改善我国环境质量的相关对策建议。

An Empirical Study about the Impact of Financial Development on China's Environmental Quality:An Extension of EKC

This paper expands the EKC model by introducing the financial development variable,and researches the influence of financial development on the environmental quality by taking the panel data of China's provinces from 1998 to 2007 as example,and utilizing the methods of conintergration test an regression analysis of panel data.The result shows that financial development plays an important role on influencing environment quality,and it worsens the environmental quality.Finally,it gives some suggestions according to the empirical result to promote sustained development of China's financial system,so as to improve our environmental quality.
