关于促进新疆教育跨越式发展的思考

实现新疆跨越式发展和长治久安,必须坚持把教育摆在优先发展的地位,加快新疆教育发展,使之能达到或者超过全国平均水平,具备领先于周边国家的教育竞争优势。目前,发展新疆教育就是要围绕如何培养造就维护祖国统一、民族团结的坚定的拥护者和忠实的践行者以及新疆跨越式发展的合格建设者和接班人这个首要政治任务,突出加快推进民族教育教学模式,改革特别是普及＂双语＂教育这个重点任务,抓住加强教师队伍建设这个关键,推进全区教育事业的改革和发展。

Reflections on How to Promote a great Leaping Development of Education in Xinjiang Region

To realize a leapfrog development and to keep a long-term stability of Xinjiang,we must adhere educational status t o the priority of development,and accelerate its paces of education development as well,so that it can have the competitive edge of education,to meet or exceed the national average,ahead of neighboring countries.At present,to promote the education in Xinjiang is to focus on howto train the students to keep national unity and ethnic unity as one,to train them the strong supporters and faithful constructionists for the leaping development.All these are the political missions.What to accelerate the reform on teaching models of national education,especially on bilingual education,to seize the keys to strengthening the construction of teaching staff,to promote reform and development education in Xinjiang Region is the key task.
