Abstract:It's a serious situation of looking down upon the "inferior students" in elementary education stage. This article shows us how to transform the "inferior students", make others respect them, provide prerequisite, seize the chance, instruct them in time, compare them objectively, stimulate motivation, make progress step by step. and accumulate the knowledge, etc. All these measures have certain creativity and valuable reference.
