| 摘 要： | 大一新生往往对学生干部的角色定位缺乏科学的认识，对如何选择工作岗位缺乏理性的思考，对如何开展学生干部工作缺乏系统的计划。通过对大一新生学生干部队伍建设的大量调查，发现只有深入地分析了解大一新生的心理特征及其参与动机，耐心细致地做好思想政治工作，并在选拔学生干部的过程中做到公开公平公正的三公原则，才能建设好一支特别能战斗的大一新生学生干部队伍。

| Abstract: | Freshmen are always lack of scientific understanding of student cadres＇ role orientation, rational thinking on how to choose their working posts, and systematic planning about how to carry on student cardres＇ work. According to our investigation, it is proved that the team construction of powerful freshmen student cadres needs thorough understanding of freshmen＇s psychological characteristics and participation motivation, patient ideological and political work and selecting student cadre in a more just, fair and transparent way. |
