| Abstract: | Liability for breach of contract is a very important system of law of contract,of which the causation is economical,for it is the economical responsibility caused by the contract.This paper analyzes the responsibility of contract breach from the view of economics and puts forward some measures to improve the law of contact following the theory of efficient breach. |
