初中德育工作的现状与对策研究

对于德育工作,教师要避免灌输式教学,要在日常的学习生活中对学生进行潜移默化的教育,为学生树立榜样,让学生养成良好的行为习惯。文章分析初中德育工作的现状,指出提高初中德育工作实效性要从家庭教育方面改变,从学校教育方面改变,从社会教育方面改变。

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Moral Education in Junior Middle School

For ethics education,teachers should avoid indoctrination-oriented teaching.Instead,teachers should imperceptibly educate students in daily study and life and set an example of ethics education for students so as to make students develop good behavior habits.This paper analyzes the current situation of ethics education in junior middle schools,and points out that the improvement of the effectiveness of ethics education in junior middle schools can only be realized if changes in family education,school education and society education have been accomplished.
