中小学数字校园治理机制创新

摘    要:当前数字校园治理工作中存在着治理观念滞后、治理主体单一、机构设置不科学、评价体系不完善等问题,束缚着中小学数字校园的长远发展,迫切需要从内部治理机制和外部治理机制两方面进行创新。就内部治理机制而言,需要变革数字校园治理理念;重塑数字校园治理体系;改进绩效管理与激励机制。就外部治理机制而言,需要完善数字校园外部监管评价机制;构建数字校园外部竞争机制;倡导民主化数字校园服务机制。

Mechanism Innovation of Digitalized Governance of Primary and Middle Schools

Abstract:The traditional governance mechanism has severely hampered the development of the digitalized schools, which needs to be innovated in two aspects: internal governance mechanism and external governance mechanism. On the former part, we can update the concept of digital schools governance, reshape the system of digitalized governance, and improve the mechanisms of performance-based incentive management. On the latter part, we can construct the mechanism for external supervision, evaluation, competition and digitalized democratic schools service.
