知识的能力性和伦理性及其知核力研究

知识既有自然的力量，也有自觉的力量；既有能力的力量，也有伦理的力量。“知识就是力量”很容易把人的全部力量缩小为能力的力量而缩小人的力量的范围和作用，把人的能力当作人的所有力量而扩大能力的范围和作用。知识伦理性和知识能力性本身结构关系和形成的复杂性、相互关系的复杂性及其产生的巨大和无穷力量、效能和作用就是知核力。知核力研究和教育教学、社会管理应更加注重知识与能力、与品德复杂关系的研究；更加注重知识转化为强大能力和良好品德的教育实践和社会实践，让知识充分尽性尽情挥发德性的光辉和智慧的核力！

Research on the Aptitude and Ethics of Knowledge and Its Nuclear Forces

Knowledge, endowed with the power of nature and consciousness, has the strength of both ability and ethics that is easily led to the misconception of all the power of man as the ability, which greatly narrows the scope and function of man’s power. If we considered the ability of man as all the power of man, the scope and function of man’s power would be enlarged. The complexity of the structural relation and formation of learning ethics and ability, the complexity of the interrelationship between knowledge ethics and ability, and the productive power of efficiency and function of knowledge ethics and ability are actually the nuclear forces of knowledge. Therefore, this study suggests that research on knowledge, education, teaching and social governance mainly concerns the complex links of knowledge, ability and ethics, and that researcher may lay emphasis on transforming knowledge into educational and social practice of strong ability and good ethics. Only in this way can knowledge shine like the sun as the power of wisdom.
