摘    要:新亚欧大陆桥富聚了我国大部分能源资源,它不仅是全国能源生产的主要基地,也是我国洁净能试验生产带,还是国外能源的开发输送带;沿海是我国能源消费的集中地区,其经济发展与能源供给不足的矛盾日益突出。为此,本文提出了利用陆桥优化沿海能源结构的对策和建议:陆桥带与沿海地区充分利用各自所长,优势互补;建议国家及早开发利用中亚油气和西部油气东输问题的研究;及时进行江南尤其沿海地区地下油气管网的辅设研究;沿海地区用能要海兼顾,多能互补优化能源结构。

Abstract:Areas along the New Eurasia Continental Bridge(NEAC B) are rich in energy resources which serve not only as the main base for China' s energy production but also a belt for trial production of the country's clean energy.In addition,the belt will be functioned as a transportation corridor for energy exploited abroad.As coastland consumes much energy,contradictions between economic development and energy supply becomes more and more serious.On account of these facts,some suggestions on utilizing the NEACB to optimize energy consu mption sturcture of the coastal areas are raised:Areas along the NEACB and coast land make good use of their own advantages while supporting each other with thei r respective strong points;the central government initiates studies on exploitat ion and utilization of oil and gas resources in Central Asia and eastward transp ortation of oil and gas from the west as soon as possible;studies on underground piping network construction in areas south of the Yangtze,especially in coastal areas should be carried out as soon as possible;and consideration should be giv en to both offshore and land energy as well as other types of energy exploitatio n and development in coastal areas so as to optimize structure of energy consump tion.
