| Abstract: | Universities Have the leading functions in the modernization construction. During construting well_to_do soliety, we should know how to exert the two important functions of universities to train persons with abilities and innovate science and technology. The thesis analyzes the advantages of univevsities, and advses to communicate, finance properly and adjust the major structures to make universities be the base of science research and training excellent persons with ability to construct well_to_do soliety comprehensivesy. |
