| Abstract: | It is a key problem to constitute an effective incentive system for our state-owned enterprises.Annual wages system and stock option system are very popular incentive form in the world.Chinese state-owned enterprises should constitute more effective muti-form of incentives to incite the managers of the state-owned enterprises and strengthen these enterprises. |
